Welcome to our charming tiny studio w/ AC, perfect for a peaceful getaway for two. Enjoy your private entrance by the garden via a metal spiral staircase. The studio features a big terrace with sunbeds and a cozy table for two, offering beautiful sea views. Inside, you’ll find a double bed 140×190 and a dedicated working space with high-speed WiFi and Tv with many channels. A spacious bathroom with a WC completes the space. Relax in the tranquility of the garden while staying close to the city.

You also have access to the separate dining space located on the ground level, where you will find a little private fridge, small electric stove, and Nespresso machine ☕, and you will find everything to make you a small breakfast

Please note there’s no washing machine and no real kitchen.

Our guests have access to a huge garden with a patio, perfect for quiet relaxation in nature 🌳. Private covered garage parking is also available 🚗. The studio is close to the Midi Beach 🏖️ and only a 15-minute drive to the city center 🚙.

There is a bus station 1 min from the house, which will take you directly to the Croisette and Film Festival Palace,

– Not suitable for children or pets 🚫.
– Not recommended for guests with vertigo due to the spiral staircase ❌.
– Please be aware that there is a huge possibility that you will also be welcomed by Niki, a beautiful border collie, the owner’s very nice and friendly dog. But of course, if you are afraid of the dogs, please ask first if Niki will be there.
